Call to Stewardship

Dear Church,

Here at Saint Patrick , we are ever conscious of our call to Stewardship. Many of us give our time, talents and treasure in different ways and I want to thank all of you who have given so freely of your resources. Your gifts enable us to maintain our buildings and grounds, provide youth and adult education programs and support many charitable endeavors. I am very appreciative of your outstanding support and confidence.

In today's electronic society, many of us shop online, do banking online, pay taxes online or plan trips on line from the convenience of our home or office computers. Automatic bill pay is very popular now. As a result, I have been asked by several parishioners to add such an option in our Parish. I am pleased to say we have already implemented this option through our website at stpatrickstoneham.org. Here you will see an online giving tab, click on the tab and follow the steps to make your online donation.

There are many benefits to you and our Parish when using this donation option. Most importantly is the fact that you have full control over your donations at all times. It is a convenient way to help the Parish maintain its income level to meet expenses, provides an accurate accounting for your tax purposes and it will save the Parish time and money. It is also a method to assist our Finance Council in projecting our annual budget. As many of you who have attended Mass here on weekends during the summer months know our attendance is always much lower in the summer months, yet, our Parish operating costs remain consistent.

The online giving tab on our website is an automated giving program that allows gifts to be made electronically and automatically transferred to our Parish. This program is ideal for our Parish. It helps us to be good stewards and take care of Saint Patrick Parish even when we are away.
