This week, we received wonderful feedback from parishioners about the weekend Masses. We also received a good suggestion regarding distribution of communion, of which we are going to incorporate. It will be more efficient, less confusing and will make it easier for those who attend Mass.
Instead of parishioners coming forward, we are going to bring communion to the parishioners by utilizing the empty row between the usable rows. We will have signage restricting seating and will be removing the tape on the ends; however, the designated pews remain as a “no seating area”. With the assistance of Eucharistic Ministers we will distribute communion throughout each section of the church. Communion will be given in the hand only, there will be no reception of the Eucharist on tongue.
Daily Mass attendees, please be considerate of others and move down to the furthest seat in the pew to make room for others.
With regard to Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament - it will no longer be exposed in the window of Our Lady’s Hall, rather we have returned to our usual schedule; Daily from 11:00 am until the Noon day Mass. Mondays and Fridays after Noon day Mass until 4:00 pm.
Any questions let us know. Thanks and God Bless.
