  • Grief Support Drop-In Group

    Tuesday Jan 2, 2024 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

    Our Grief Support Drop-In Group will start on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. We will meet every first Tuesday of the month in the Pastoral Council Room on the main floor of the Parish Center from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

  • Separated and Divorced Support Group

    Tuesday Jan 9, 2024 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

    A new group for people experiencing separation or divorce is forming at St. Patrick Parish. Diane McCarthy, Pastoral Associate, will facilitate the group which will focus on the emotional, spiritual and practical aspects of separation and divorce. We will look at these topics through a Christian lens, taking note of the special considerations for Catholics, including the annulment process.


    The group will meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month beginning on September 12, 2023 in the Pastoral Council Room on the main floor of the Parish Center from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.     Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary, Weston, MA is offering the latest in its “First Friday Visits” program on January 12, 2024, at 5:00 pm. Holy Hour and Evening Prayer. Option to attend in person or virtually. In person includes dinner with the seminarians and a tour. Virtual includes a Zoom visit following Holy Hour.


    Make a resolution to be courageous. Consider a priestly call.

    Every Tuesday a delicious and nutritious meal is served to the guests at the Community Dinner. The dinner is for our neighbors and friends who would benefit from a good meal and friendly conversation.

    The meals are sponsored by local churches and businesses, so there is no charge. Saint Patrick Parish’s Food Group ministry sponsors the third Tuesday of each month.

    If you or someone you know would benefit from this dinner, please join us. The dinner is served at 5:45 pm. If the Stoneham Public Schools are closed because of inclement weather, the dinners are cancelled for the evening.

First thing Friday morning, we will celebrate life with Cardinal Seán and other archdiocesan pilgrims at Life Fest sponsored by the Sisters for Life before heading over to the March for Life.


    The 26-hour pilgrimage is $75 per person and is open to families with children ages 12-17, adults, and small high-school youth groups.

    A Workshop to Empower Parents


    On Wednesday, January 24th at 7:00 pm join Dr. Mookie Manalili, a Catholic psychologist from Boston College; retired psychologist and pastor, Father Jim Ronan, and mental health clinician, author, and parent Suzanne Muldoon for a Zoom panel discussion on how parents can best support and care for their children and themselves in the midst of mental health concerns.
