The 28th Annual Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary Golf Tournament is scheduled for Monday, August 31st, at The Weston Golf Club. This premier charity event is held to benefit the educational program for the seminari-ans. Tuition covers only half the cost of educating a semi-narian and the proceeds from this tournament will help bridge the gap and keep the cost of educating them afforda-ble. Join us for a FREE six-session community workshop designed to give adults with chronic conditions (such as arthritis, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, asthma) and/or their caregivers the knowledge and skills needed to take a more active role in their healthcare.
Learn strategies developed and tested by researchers including ways to:
• use exercises for maintaining and imrpoving strength, flexibility and endurance
• use techniques that can improve your quality of life
• communicate effectively with family, friends and health professionals
• manage frustration, fatigue, pain and isolation
• evaluate new treatment
• use medication and nutrition appropriately

Please join our Grief Support Group to connect with others virtually on Wednesday evenings, July 22, 29, and August 5, 12, and 26. Together, we will explore the grieving process and consider the spiritual elements of grief and healing grounded in Christian hope. For more information, please call Patrice Fitzpatrick at 781-438-0200 to register by Wednesday, July 15. You will need a computer, a tablet, or a smart phone that has a camera in order to participate in these virtual meetings. This technology is easy to use and we can assist you in getting started.
If you are not comfortable using this technology, our Virtual Grief Drop-In Meetings on the second Monday of each month offer phone-in attendance. Please call for more information. Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary Golf Tournament

The 28th Annual Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary Golf Tournament is scheduled for Monday, August 31st, at The Weston Golf Club. This premier charity event is held to benefit the educational program for the seminari-ans. Tuition covers only half the cost of educating a semi-narian and the proceeds from this tournament will help bridge the gap and keep the cost of educating them afforda-ble.
