Parish Office Closed Fridays July and August

Dear Church,

Every day, I have the privilege to talk about Saint Patrick Parish with government and business leaders, church officials, parishioners, visitors, alumni, donors, and prospective students and their parents. I share incredible stories about our commitment to the Roman Catholic Church's mission — to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus as taught by the Roman Catholic Church through Word, Sacrament and Service.

Behind each one of those stories is the exceptional people who are parishioners at Saint Patrick Parish, the volunteers, the staff and the clergy.

I especially know we ask a lot of our staff....we have tackled our crushing mortgage and yearly debt, we continue to make improvements to all parish property, and we continue to seek ways to save money. Saint Patrick Parish's success always has depended on staff, who bring their talents, energy, ideas and dedication to their work every day. For us to perform at our best, we must nurture the talented people who give so much of themselves. So when our pace allows some breathing room, such as during the summer for some of our areas, I want to offer the necessary time for staff to recharge their batteries.

Starting Friday, July 1, 2019, we are implementing a new summer schedule: the Parish Office will be closed every Friday from July 1st thru August 31st. THE MASS SCHEDULE WILL REMAIN THE SAME. This will allow us, not only to be attentive to our staff, but will also allow us to save money over the course of the summer.

I want you to know how much I appreciate all our faculty and staff and value their efforts. Saint Patrick Parish is able to accomplish great things only because of their dedication. I’m proud to work alongside each of them. I can never say “thank you” enough, and I hope this new flexibility expresses our gratitude for all that our staff does.

Sincerely,
Fr Mario
