6-Week In-person Grief Support Group Grief can be a challenging and painful experience and often the one who is grieving feels isolated – that no one understands what they are going through. If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, consider joining our 6-week grief support group where you may find healing through the experience of being with others who are also encountering loss. We will explore the grieving process and consider the spiritual elements of grief and healing grounded in Christian hope. “Forgiven – The Transforming Power of Confession” is a 5-week adult faith formation program developed and produced by the Augustine Institute. The Woburn Catholic Collaborative of St. Anthony of Padua and St. Barbara Parishes is offering this program on 5/23, 5/30, 6/6, 6/13, & 6/20 @ 7:00 – 8:30 pm at Father Anadore Hall at St. Barbara Church. The cost is $25 which will include a study guide. Serving the Spiritual Needs of Grieving Parents Whose Children of any Age Have Died by Any Cause, No Matter How Long Ago A one-day spiritual retreat will be held at St. Patrick Parish on Saturday, June 17, 2023 for parents whose children of any age have died by any cause, no matter how long ago. We are looking for volunteers to help plan and facilitate this very worthwhile and healing ministry. Volunteers do not need to be grieving parents in order to assist. 1 Church Street, Stoneham Every Tuesday a delicious and nutritious meal is served to the guests at the Community Dinner. The dinner is for our neighbors and friends who would benefit from a good meal and friendly conversation. The meals are sponsored by local churches and businesses, so there is no charge. Saint Patrick Parish’s Food Group ministry sponsors the third Tuesday of each month. If you or someone you know would benefit from this dinner, please join us. The dinner is served at 5:45 pm.
